Especially "HAPPY" because those who of us who served, especially in a war, are still alive to celebrate our special day.
MY HEROES ON VETERANS DAY!!
I do not consider myself a "hero" for serving in combat!! I was a professional soldier. I volunteered and served willingly. MY HEROES were the soldiers who were drafted into service. They did not want to be there, in constant danger and far from home and family. BUT THEY SERVED!! Every "draftee" I served with or commanded in combat did their duty and served honorably and with distinction. THEY are the ones I recommended for medals and honors. 
THEY ARE THE ONES I SALUTE ON VETERANS DAY!!
